Lahore Participants at the 24th International Conference of Ahl Al-Hadeeth Society, held on Thursday and Friday in Lahore, Pakistan, hailed Saudi Arabia's role in ensuring regional security and stability.

They also hailed the Kingdom's care for the Two Holy Mosques, their visitors, Islam and Muslims.

The conference called for the criminalization of the Houthi militias in Yemen, condemned terrorist attacks against Saudi Arabia, and said the Islamic Ummah stands against terrorist organizations that threaten the stability of Muslim countries and the Two Holy Mosques, Arab News reported.

The conference also praised the Kingdom's leading role in preserving the Ummah, which it said should unite in order to address all issues and challenges, especially terrorism and extremism.

The conference urged Muslim leaders to combat extremist ideologies and promote moderation. It praised the Saudi-led coalition against terrorism and highlighted the need to support it.

The conference hailed the Ahl Al-Hadeeth Society for promoting moderation and the Pakistani army's role against terrorism and against those who want to destabilize Saudi Arabia.

The meeting condemned Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people and Al-Aqsa Mosque, systematic terrorism against the Syrian people, and killing and displacement in Kashmir and Myanmar.

The conference was attended by the Undersecretary of the Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Dawah and Guidance, Abdul Rahman Al-Ghannam; the imam of the Holy Mosque in Makkah Sheikh Saleh Al-Talib; Pakistani ministers and senior officials; and scholars and leaders of Islamic associations.
