Prime Minister’s Grievances Wing takes action on complaints of Gujar Khan residents relating to Islamabad Electric Supply Company

 

Islamabad, February 25, 2013 (PPI-OT): On the directions of Prime Minister, the Chief Coordinator, Prime Minister’s Grievances Wing took the action on the applications presented by two residents of Gujar Khan relating to IESCO, Islamabad.

The first applicant had requested for installation of electricity connection at his residence in village Bawli, Tehsil Gujar Khan. The other applicant Mr. Ihsan-ul-Haq s/o Muhammad Azeem, ex-Security Guard had requested the Prime Minister for re-instatement of his service in IESCO.

Mr. Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani, Chief Coordinator, Prime Minister’s Grievances Wing forwarded the applications to the Chief Executive Officer, IESCO directing him to look into the matters personally and submit a report on priority basis. In response, the Dy. Director (Hqrs), IESCO submitted the compliance report informing that the grievances of the petitioners have been redressed by installing electricity connection at the residence of Mirza Hameed and re-instatement of Mr. Ihsan-ul-Haq in service.

The aggrieved petitioners are satisfied with the prompt action taken by the IESCO on the intervention of Mr. Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani, Chief Coordinator, Prime Minister’s Grievances Wing. They also thanked Raja Pervez Ashraf, Prime Minister of Pakistan and prayed for the success of democratic government of Pakistan Peoples Party.
