Inqilabi concerned over India’s Anti-Kashmir actions

Srinagar, February 26, 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, APHC leader and the Chief Patron of Jammu and Kashmir Mahaz-e-Azadi (MeA), Muhammad Azam Inqilabi, has expressed serious concern over increase in anti-Kashmir actions of Indian government.

Muhammad Azam Inqilabi in a statement issued in Srinagar said that India hanged Afzal Guru to intimidate the Kashmiris into submission. He said that arrogant Indian leaders should understand that they could not achieve anything by martyring lakhs of Kashmiris. He said that New Delhi had broken all records of brutalities in the occupied territory.

“Kashmiris on either side of the LoC hate Indian occupation and there is deep seated alienation against its rule,” he said, adding that this alienation among Kashmiri youth would erupt like a volcano and Indian guns would not be able to stop the tide then.

The APHC leader deplored that New Delhi had started tightening noose around pro-resistance leadership. “Be it Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Syed Ali Gilani, Muhammad Yasin Malik, Shabbir Ahmed Shah, Nayeem Ahmed Khan, Dr Qasim, Mushtaq-ul-Islam, Masarrat Aalam, they all are identity of Kashmiri nation.”

The MeA patron extended his support to the programmes announced by the Muttahida Majlis-e-Mushawrat constituted by the pro-liberation organisations to seek the mortal remains of Kashmiri leaders, Muhammad Maqbool Butt and Muhammad Afzal Guru.

He said that the Kashmiris would continue their struggle till the objective of right of self-determination was realized. He also urged the pro-India politicians to shun electoral politics and join the ranks of freedom struggle.
