Sindh Govt, World Bank to launch BRT yellow line project in Karachi

Sindh government in cooperation with the World Bank has decided to launch another Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) yellow line project in Karachi to cater transport needs of the city.

The decision was taken in a meeting held under Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah in Karachi on Thursday.

The meeting was informed that BRT Yellow line is a 21 kilometers corridor from Dawood Chowrangi to Numaish with a capacity of facilitating three hundred thousand passengers daily.

The project will cost an amount of sixty billion rupees.
