Puppet regime sanctions prosecution of Nayeem in false case

Srinagar, February 03, 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the puppet administration has accorded sanction to prosecute All Parties Hurriyet Conference leader, Nayeem Ahmed Khan, and his associate, Abdul Hameed Butt, in a false case registered against them two years ago.

The Home Department of the occupied territory has granted sanction to the police to launch legal proceedings against Khan and his colleague. The police had booked them for raising anti-India and pro-liberation slogans during a demonstration on September 16, 2011, at Gol Market in Karan Nagar area of Srinagar.

After sitting over the case for more than a year, the police had sought permission from the Home Department for launching legal proceedings against them.

On the other hand, the Jammu and Kashmir National Front has reacted strongly to the opening of the fabricated cases against its Chairman, Nayeem Ahmad Khan, and his colleague. Party General Secretary, Hilal Ahmad, in a statement issued in Srinagar said that such tactics could not break the resolve of Hurriyet leaders and activists.
