Lahore: Punjab University Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran has strongly condemned the firing incident at the house of Chairman Physics and Member Syndicate Prof Dr Shaukat Ali. The Vice-Chancellor contacted IG Police Javed Iqbal to take immediate action against the culprits involved, who issued instructions to DSP Muslim Town to immediately take stern action upon which police rushed to campus instantly. According to PU Spokesman, the administration can neither be pressurized nor stopped to implement rules and regulations through these criminal and illegal activities.
