Minister for Climate Change Senator Sherry Rehman has launched a cleanliness drive in connection with Independence Day.
In this regard Minister for Climate Change Senator Sherry Rehman organized an awareness walk on trail five for Margalla Hills cleanliness.
Citizens, school children and Wildlife Rangers employees participated in the walk.
On this occasion, talking to media Sherry Rehman urged the people to be the part of monsoon tree plantation campaign to be started tomorrow as trees not only give us shade but are also important for our environment.
She appealed people not to bring plastic bottles and bags while coming for recreation and trekking at Margalla. She urged people to collect and throw the waste at the designated place.
