Islamabad Police arrested five outlaws

Islamabad: Islamabad Police on Monday arrested five outlaws from various areas of the city and recovered narcotics and illegal weapons from their possession, a police spokesman said.

Sub-Inspector Muhammad Yusuf from CIA police arrested an accused Aamir Khan during routine patrolling for having 510 gram hashish while Sub-Inspector Khalid Mehmud from Aabpara police station arrested an accused Ziafat for having 35 gram heroin.

Tarnol police arrested Fazal ur Rehman and Asif Nawaz for having one 30 bore pistol each while Nilore police nabbed Hassan Shehzad for having one 30 bore pistol. Police have registered the cases against the nabbed persons and further investigation is underway from them.

SSP Islamabad Tahir Alam Khan has appreciated this performance and directed all police officials to intensify patrolling and maintain high vigilance in their respective areas against the anti-social elements.
