Punjab Governor Baligh-ur-Rehman says government is utilizing all available resources for rehabilitation of flood-affected people.
Talking to a delegation of Association of Private Sector Universities of Pakistan in Lahore on Wednesday, he urged the philanthropists to come forward and donate generously for the rehabilitation of flood victims.
