China has urged the developed countries to fulfill their promise of providing hundred billion US dollars in climate finance as soon as possible.
Addressing to Climate Implementation Summit at the 27th session of the Conference of the Parties in Sharm El-Sheikh, China’s Special Envoy for Climate Change, Xie Zhenhua underscored the need to draw a road map for doubling the adaptation fund.
